Welcome back to BRB Blu, the premier Sony podcast from BigRedBarrel.com. Frawlz was too busy stalking Comic-Con parties for his next restraining order, so Rothbart and PacManPolarBear invited special guest Esmeralda back to the show.  This week, the group discusses MGS4 trophies, Kama Sutra the game, new PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale details, the next Batman game, and a few more nuggets of Sony goodness. We have bonus content for BRB iPhone and Android app users.

We appreciate you taking time out of your day to listen to the show. For your convenience, you can simply download the MP3 by clicking HERE or if you’re one of those “set it and forget it” types, you can subscribe via iTunes, RSS, or Zune and stay in “real time.”

Not that I really care (coz I'm not even from Toronto, I'm from Boston), but where I live in downtown Toronto it's actually very clean. It's when you start venturing into the poorer areas that it gets a little sketchy, though nothing as bad as what you'd find in a major US city. What Pacman was describing sounds more like Montreal to me. And smog can occur wherever you might have extended periods of heat and sunlight. Occasionally we even had smog warnings when I lived in the Netherlands, where every citizen owns at least 2 bicycles. Go fig.

I was a tester for the Amazing-Spiderman game, and I gotta say I didn't hate it. Never been much of a Spider-Man fan, but it was definitely better than anything I played before. The robot boss battles were pretty epic (and always took place outdoors).

Good show guys, cheers.

Now, I don't want to tempt fate, but I think everything is going to be totally great, forever!

I was speaking more in terms of comparison between Vancouver and TO. I've lived in Thornhill and Downsview. Most Canadian cities are clean. The GTA is just so big now. Plus it's resistance to the kind of garbage bi-laws and legislation that ensures other cities don't look terrible on garbage day does not help. Ottawa has some of the strictest in the whole country and it shows. The heat wave this summer did not help any big city smog wise.

Love TO for a lot of reasons though too. I prefer the night life there to Montreal. The indie music scene. The graffiti murals in certain neighborhoods, the theaters and festivals and so much more.

Leave it to Pacman to to reference the "Greater Toronto Area" as GTA on a gaming podcast and not think it might confuse anyone with the reference... LOL

Quite possibly the number one episode Frawlz could not afford to miss. You better be doing something truly epic.

And thank you Esmeralda for gracing us with your presence, just don't make a habit of it because if you do....

I'll have to let it slide sunglasses

Years ago I had sent an e-mail to Rothbart asking if they would ever do a whole episode dedicated to Metal Gear Solid 4 and he said if I could get Frawlz to play and finish it there would be one......obviously I failed. I have the same question again since MGS4 has had new life breathed into it.
.......Frawlz doesn't have to be in the episode......

Bored? Want to play games? Message me. I probably won't say no......probably.
