tinyBuild and Hungry Couch Games have released a teaser for The Machine World, the new Drill Core DLC arriving alongside the game’s console launch on April 28. The update sends players into the Tech Biome, with new foes, events and bosses waiting below.
The DLC also adds five new specialists, drone turrets and buildings, laboratory upgrades, Distortions and 10 new difficulty levels, while the base game keeps its mix of daytime mining and nighttime defence.
Drill Core is launching on April 28, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch, while The Machine World DLC arrives the same day for PC.
