The Outlast Trials has entered Season 5.1 with The Advent of Bogomolova, introducing Sister Liliya as a roaming ambush threat across all Trials. Available for a limited time, the update adds the “Recover the Amulet” variator, a themed event catalogue with exclusive cosmetics, two new MK-Challenges, and fresh Routine Therapies arriving later in March. The update also marks the game’s two-year anniversary, bringing special rewards and the return of the Join-In-Progress feature with expanded party controls.
The Outlast Trials is launching on February 10 for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.
