Until Dawn 2 is officially on the way, with Firesprite taking over for a new standalone horror story set in the same universe as the original. This time, a crew of ghost hunters from a paranormal show head to a remote tropical island and quickly discover that the scares are no longer staged.
The announcement trailer sets up another branching survival story built around bad decisions, brutal consequences and the possibility that not everyone will make it through the night. Dr Hill is also back, keeping one unsettling thread tied to the first game.
Until Dawn 2 is launching in 2027 for PlayStation 5.
