Bancho the Chef is a standalone prequel to Dave the Diver, following a younger Bancho before he became Blue Hole’s legendary sushi master. The announcement trailer sends him across Asia to learn from master chefs, picking up skills, recipes and probably a few questionable life lessons along the way.
It looks like a lighter, character-driven spin-off with cooking, travel and plenty of the oddball charm that helped Dave the Diver stand out in the first place.
Bancho the Chef is coming to PC and PlayStation 5.
