Nintendo has revealed Star Fox for Nintendo Switch 2 with a dedicated Direct presentation, confirming the return of Fox McCloud and his wingmen in a remake of Lylat Wars, better known outside Europe as Star Fox 64.
The presentation gives us a fresh look at the squadron’s return to the Lylat System, with Fox and the team taking on Andross once again in a new version of Nintendo’s aerial shooter.
Star Fox is launching on June 25, 2026 for Nintendo Switch 2.
