Ill’s latest story trailer keeps things nasty, pushing further into Team Clout’s first-person survival horror with grotesque creatures, horrible body horror and environments that look like they should have been condemned years ago.
The trailer suggests a grim, slow-burn horror game built around tension, limited resources and deeply unpleasant enemy encounters rather than clean action spectacle. It is one for players who like their horror sticky, physical and a bit too close.
Ill is launching in 2027 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
