Nintendo has announced a new Direct showcase for this Friday, September 12. The presentation will run for around an hour, and promises a mix of updates and reveals.
While no details have been confirmed, the timing suggests the 40th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. will play a big role. Previous milestone events have included Super Mario 3D All-Stars and Bowser’s Fury, so fans are expecting something equally significant.
Elsewhere, speculation points towards a release date for Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, alongside updates on upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 titles such as Pokémon Legends Z-A, Kirby: Air Riders, and possibly even FromSoftware’s The Duskbloods.
