Unveiled during the Future Games Show at Gamescom, The Killing Stone is the latest project from Question, the team behind The Blackout Club and The Magic Circle.
Set in the 17th-century Arctic Circle, the game puts you in the role of a Maven (a master of the dark arts), tasked with breaking a family’s curse by battling demons through ritual card games. With a mix of first-person exploration and board-based deckbuilding, players can collect cards, negotiate with familiars, and wager with devils in battles where every boon or bane can decide the outcome.
The Killing Stone is coming soon to PC (via Steam).
