Apple TV has released the first teaser for Widow’s Bay, a new horror series starring Matthew Rhys as a mayor trying to steady a town that is starting to come apart.
The footage leans hard into folklore and atmosphere, with sea hag talk, old sailor stories and a run of increasingly bad signs around the island. It is a brief look, but it does a solid job of setting up the town itself as part of the threat.
Widow’s Bay premieres on Apple TV on April 29, 2026.
