Wales Interactive and Ant Workshop have dated Into the Slimy Mines, a roguelike tower defence game about digging through a slime-infested moon. The release date trailer shows players carving out paths, placing defences and trying to rescue a stranded dwarven crew before the next wave hits.
There is meta progression in the mix too, with drill rigs, gadgets, buildings and turret upgrades helping each run push a little deeper into the mines.
Into the Slimy Mines is launching on May 29, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch.
