Magnetic Press has released a trailer for Silent Jenny, giving Mathieu Bablet’s latest graphic novel a stark first look ahead of its US rollout with Oni Press.
The footage sketches out a climate-ravaged future where pollination has collapsed, cities roam as monads and Jenny is left trying to recover bee DNA in a world that has already moved on. It is a concise pitch for the book’s scale and mood, with the trailer leaning hard on the environmental collapse and lonely rebuild at the centre of the story.
