Here’s your first look at Prove You’re Human.
Revealed during the Triple-i Initiative, Prove You’re Human is a first-person narrative adventure from 1000xRESIST developer sunset visitor 斜陽過客 and Black Tabby Publishing, the new label from the team behind Slay the Princess. The setup centres on a digital copy of a person hired to test an AI called Mesa, who is convinced she’s human.
Players will spend their time learning how to break down Mesa’s defences inside a comfortable virtual world, while also roaming its idyllic spaces and interacting with the people keeping the programme running. The game leans into questions of identity and selfhood, with players eventually choosing whether to re-merge their two selves or discard their work self entirely.
