NEOS has announced Culdcept BEGINS, bringing the long-running card and board game hybrid back after a decade away. The trailer sets up a new story at the Royal Cept Academy while keeping the series’ familiar mix of dice rolls, territory control and creature cards intact.
The official site pitches BEGINS as a more accessible take on Culdcept without losing the blend of luck and strategy that made the older games stand out. It is also confirmed to support up to four players, with the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 versions due first.
Culdcept BEGINS is launching on July 16, 2026 for Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch.
