Ubisoft is back at it with Assassin’s Creed Shadows, the next instalment in their third-person action-adventure series. This time, players will immerse themselves in feudal Japan’s rich and atmospheric world, following the intertwined fates of two protagonists: Fujibayashi Naoe, a Shanobi, and Yasuke, a Samurai.
The story trailer hints at a vast open world filled with intrigue, action, and stunning scenery. Fans can anticipate exploring two distinct playstyles—stealthy precision with Naoe and honourable combat with Yasuke—while uncovering a shared destiny that could reshape Japan’s future.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows will launch on 20 March for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
