This prequel to the 2019’s The Lion King follows the story of the young orphaned cub Mufasa (Braelyn Rankins & Aaron Pierre), as he befriends the young Prince Taka (Kelvin Harrison Jr. & Theo Somolu).
Donald Glover, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, John Kani, Seth Rogen and Billy Eichner all return to the cast, along with newcomers Mads Mikkelsen, Thandiwe Newton and Blue Ivy Carter.
Mufasa: The Lion King comes to theatres on December 20.
