You can’t have a story without a good villain, and Cersei Lannister was certainly that and more, so she would be my vote for MVP. Much of what happens is either due to her actions/influence directly or indirectly.

Good choice. Also, no-one will ever come close to her “looking-out-a-window-while-drinking-wine” mood.

And getting paid handsomely for it! What a legend!
Also I think she is one of the cleverest people on the show, her only downfall was not having any dragons, it seems!

@Alex That’s actually why I can see why there’s a faction of fans that wanted GoT to be a historical fiction tale rather than a fantasy tale.

@Stingo – I can understand why that is an intriguing idea. While I love dragons and some visuals with dragons they had this season were just breathtaking, I always liked the more ‘realistic’ parts of the show more. That were about plotting and the cost/consequences of human decisions.
