Geek Speak 31: My Licky Rock!

Hello and welcome to another episode of BRB Geek Speak! Lauren got a little cold this episode, which changed her voice and infected her with loud ‘His!’ and Randy Savage impressions. She also decided to change her name to ‘Coleman’. Hey, we always said our show was weird! Please join us for another episode where your hosts, Lauren-Coleman, Monica and Alex ramble about geeky things they have done this week.

  • Time-Waster of the Week: If you like dogs and want to be warned about their well being in movies, check out www.doesthedogdie.com
  • Fabulous Beasts, check out their kickstarter and give them some love!
  • Mon and Alex watch the first episode of new The X-Files (want to be unspoiled? skip 22.00  from to 28.15)
  • Alex watched more Lucifer
  • Listener’s question: What do we think of Fallout 4? (thanks, Joe!)
  • Listener’s question: Which Superbowl trailer has us most excited? (thanks, Diarmuid!)
  • Listener’s question: How important is it for us for have the other half who is inherently geeky? (thanks, Justin!)

Wonderful peeps! Next episode will be our first Geek Speek-aversary! Yes, we have rambled in your ears for a year now. You all are awesome for sticking with us! We would absolutely love if you could send us your questions for this special episode, and keep your ears open as we will have some surprises for you as well!

  2. As for Fallout, I wouldn’t worry about getting lost, its a lot like Skyrim in the way you can do most of the missions in any order. Tons of side quests to be found traveling in any direction, and for the most part traveling anywhere is relatively safe as long as you willing to run from any real big threat.
