BRB UK 58: Pokéball Gag

Pip pip! It’s been a busy week in the gaming world this week, but podcasting waits for no man. Unless you’re Jon, who still hasn’t got a grasp on how calendars work. So join Dan, Tim and special guest Dave for a romp around what’s been going on.

This week, we prattle on about:

  • 80s Blood Dragon night at London’s Loading Bar on Wednesday 1st May
  • We’re Scot free
  • Microsoft confirms what everyone already knew – the next Xbox will be announced on May 21st
  • Nintendo news:
    • Iwata asks to be CEO of Nintendo America
    • The Wii U isn’t selling
    • Nintendo pass on an E3 press event
  • www.ouya.com
  • Dan’s experience of going XL
  • Nintendo’s got a chuffing good 3DS game deal
  • Fire Emblem: Awakening (3DS)

We appreciate you chaps and chapettes taking time out of your week to listen to our show. For your convenience, you can simply download the MP3 by clicking HERE or you can subscribe via iTunes, RSS or Zune and stay up to date.

  1. I listened to this while branch mining on Minecraft. It made the ordeal less so. Entertaining as usual.

I also made a little formula for you all. Scarce Scotsman = Coherent Content.

  3. I know im late to the party but great podcast again. On the animal crossing bashing, I had it on the gamecube and spent alot of hours doing what amounts to not alot but I couldn’t stop. Its fun, in a strange way. I now feel like im admitting to something awful but I now await the proverbial Michael being taken out of me. I also now want to see what a poke ball gag looks like. It can’t be good but it sounds like something Justin bieber uses after a gig
