BRB Boom 38: Yoshi Says

It’s time, once again, to put boom in your boom and listen to BRB Boom. This week, DogsDie, Smelly Pirate and Yoshifett nerd out about the PS4, Far Cry 3 and any other topics Yoshifett wants to talk about.

Please be sure to subscribe to the BRB Boom feed on iTunes or RSS. If you insist, you can always just download the mp3. If you are currently using a computer with iTunes on it, would you mind heading over there and leaving some feedback?

  1. Loved the show again guys 🙂 Funny topics are funny.

I’m a Sony fan, but the most interesting thing during the Sony presser for me, was the ability to stream games. I love to stream games via twitch.tv and even moreso than hooking my PS3 to my HDPVR box which is in turn hooked to my PC, the ability to just stream straight up to ustream or whatever out of the box was extremely exciting for me.

Another interesting thing was the amount of HDDR5 ram, 8 gigs is pretty awesome. I agree that the games themselves weren’t exciting, but I doubt in terms of “what you can do” the consoles will be up to much this time. Unless you want another Wii, which did interesting things using tech, I think this time the innovation for Microsoft and Sony will be from the games devs themselves. This time it’ll be about giving the devs the power to innovate in terms of software.

  5. Great show as always, though this one feels a bit short. I wanted to hear smelly talk about a game other than pinball!
