    Yeah, pretty happy thanks

Strong work as always gents. I’ve missed Tim’s unstoppable game review powers.

Speaking of Jeremy Hunt, you all remember this, right? NSFW (you might want to watch with headphones).

Technical point: the forums look really weird on my iPad. Anyone else seeing this issue?

Poo and a cup of tea!

  3. TardyMoments

Another great show as per. Although At around 15 minutes Tim mentions the classic title “Lords of the Ring” which after a few minutes of extensive research, I can confirm is worth checking out. This episode gets 5/5 barrels for that reference alone!

Hey guys, loved the show, listened to it during my Extra life warmup.

I am glad Dan gave halo 5 spanner out of door-knob, I was worried he wouldn’t take it seriously and just mess about 🙂

I’m a little annoyed about the destiny dlc, only because I was under the impression that micro transactions would be funding new quests.

Finally big well done for pulling on extra life, I watched most of the livestreams…. apart from Dan’s brief webcam show scarred me for life.

  6. Awesome people who are making a awesome podcast great as always.

Poor Dan you broke broke him in the raids hope he is doing well lol.

Some people got the game early and posted some footage of fallout 4 and it seems to have a lot of Frame rate problems and extremely long loading time.

Enjoyed the live streaming and a good job to everyone of the BRB crew.

Now I going to let some people eat my dust in destiny multiplayer.

    Hasta la vista baby

No because you’re the only one with a swish iPad ya big show off! tongue

Seriously though, the forum as a whole is being looked at

Wrong way round, the cup of tea causes the relaxing act of defecation. Maybe if you’d had a bad experience dropping said trowel then you’d need a cup of Darjeeling to calm the nerves, although I’d recommend something a little stronger.

I blame Bad Boys 2, though nothing a cup of tea and a poo can’t fix.

I’d expect long loading times for most open world games to be fair but I’m hoping things like frame rate issues are fixable early on.

Other early reports indicate that PlayStation 4 is showing some real faults playing the game, which is a pity as I was heard the optimisation for remote play was done really well. Looks like I’ll be switching to Xbox One for Fallout then.

Yup, swanky me with my swanky 2 generations behind the current iPad… It’s all the money I saved not buying a current generation console (or an Ooya, which I did at one point seriously consider. That’s a bullet dodged!).

Can I request we move away from the white buttons on a whit background?

I’m pretty sure the two are to be enjoyed simultaneously.

You see, this is the BS about having scarce pre-order bonuses and last minute reviews, unfair that I can’t switch format without losing my Pip Boy Edition hmmm

    LEEEROYYY JENKINS!!

A bit gutted they took that out of the film, I like the look of it but I think this would be one of the few inside jokes that I actually got hmmm

I am first going to preceed this comment by mentioning that I a) haven’t played a Fallout game and b) have not seen any of the reviews of fallout 4

Althought I do think its a little rubbish about game and the pip boy editions of the game, I currently think fallout 4’s problem is overhype… Too many people are expecting it to be the next, say, half life 2 or whatever. The game had frame rate dips and drops with the previous iterations, but they were still loved by many. And, according to my friend who llves fallout,he once had a loading screen last 6 mins in fallout new vegas.

Another arguement I heard is about the graphics, and from what I’ve seen thats just people being annoyed the game looks great instead of phenomenal, speaking as someone who worked with cry engine and other game engines at uni, it’s insane to balance high quality textures, medium poly models, a decent lighting set up (which, from what I’ve seen of fallout 4, the lighting looks spectacular), keeping load times down and frame rates steady.

Weird rant over i guess, moral of the story, be nice about games, they hard to make 🙂

(now I’ll go watch some fallout 4 reviews and return to tear my post apart)

Half thought to write an article named “The Miracle of Modern Videogames” that explored this topic in depth. One day I might get time! Also, always easier to criticise than create (remember this when criticising our criticising of other people’s creations!)

I’m going to write an article called “The Miracle of Modern Videogames” and it’ll just be a review of WWE 2K16.

I wasn’t intending to critique anyones criticisms of criticizing-ness, and also, upon watching peoples reviews, I think they appear to be very fair (so far), so I kinda take my point back 🙂

and Coleman, you spelt “Halo 5” wrong 🙂
