This point ‘n’ click game offers a blend of demon fighting, mystery unraveling and does it all within a lush environment set in a fantastical world and is it split into two stories, reminiscent of Dreamfall: The Longest Journey.

You play as both Geron and the Princess Sadja, who was known as the greatest hero in the land. Yet during her lifetime something terrible happened and she failed, but the truth of the matter was never known.
The stories of both characters connect and interweave and isn’t simply a game that recounts former lives, but one that focuses on the idea of how we sometimes remember things not as they truly were but how we wish they were.

Stunning environments and visuals
Interesting twist on puzzle game play
Voice acting is somewhat lacking

Game-play hosts some innovation in terms of puzzle solving, for example being stuck in a room and the only way out is to somehow incorporate the remains of destroyed monsters into some sort of key. The game, as it stands, has a lot to offer and it will be interesting to see what a fully fleshed world looks like and find out how the stories merge into a climactic conclusion.

Memoria is without a doubt stunning and looks to be quite an interesting game that should be a hit with point ‘n’ click fans – especially fans who want something that merges Dreamfall and Knights of Amalur in terms of style and story.
