Big Red Barrelcast 20: Going MOBA

The Big Red Barrelcast returns to tickle your ear drums with their ramblings! Pacman couldn’t make it to this week’s episode so Dave and Kev ran a muck talking about crazy topics like gaming “athletes”, the closing pre-order window and Far Cry 4. Don’t forget to visit our sponsor Insert Coin Clothing and cover up your nakedness by using discount code BIGREDSAVINGS15 for 15% off your order!

This time, they ramble on about:

  • RIP Ryan Davis
  • LOL “athletes”
  • a Justin Carter update
  • ARMA 2 hacked
  • ZombieU 2?
  • The new head of Xbox
  • Sega sues THQ
  • Impending Far Cry 4 announcement
  • Gamestop stops taking nextgen console preorders
  • End Of Nations goes MOBA
  • Shout outs
  • Some lovely bonus content for BRB podcast app owners.

We’d love to give you all some sort of incredible hug immediately followed by a polite conversation about how cool you are, but frankly we can’t afford the travel expenses. So, while we save our pennies, cents, and whatever the heck Canadians use, we’ll offer you some download links to help bide the time. 1. hahahaha I introduced this as a Ramble, apparently. I had no idea I did that!

  2. Dangerous Brian

You don’t realise how much you enjoy listening to a host until they are missing for a show. Missed you PMPB.

League of Legends is NOT a sport and the people who play it are NOT athletes. When I heard the “news” I immediately imagined that World Of Warcraft episode of South Park… You know the one…

I know how you feel Kev. I’ve spent so much time playing Rogue Legacy. I just want to do one more run through the castle, then I just want to do one more run through the castle… On a related note, I beat that Massive Eye you couldn’t on the ramble. Also related, I’d never heard of the game until you showed it on the Ramble, thank you for killing all my free time.

    Yet another great show
