BRB UK 53: God of Manliness

What ho! It’s only bally well time for a smidge of Britcasting and general burbling – but we’re a man down this week, so have had to draft in a bit of support. So join Dan, Tim and special guest Kev as they meander about the week’s gaming news.

This week, we burble about:

  • Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate finally arrives for the Wii U
  • The EU’s has seen sense about its slightly mad rules regarding sales on the Wii U eShop
  • God of War: Ascension (PS3)
  • Army of Two 3: The Devil’s Cartel (360/PS3)
  • Ridiculous Fishing (iOS)
  • Aliens: Colonial Marines (360/PS3/PC)
  • Tim’s continuing TIGA tidbits:
    • Spin King (iOS)
    • Tick Tock Toys (iOS)
    • Alien Job Snatchers (Android/PC)
  • COMPETITION: Win a copy of Island Adventure II: Karma (XBL Indie Game Arcade)

We appreciate you chaps and chapettes taking time out of your week to listen to our show. For your convenience, you can simply download the MP3 by clicking HERE or you can subscribe via iTunes, RSS or Zune and stay up to date.

Notice how Kev’s fishing device of choice is a toaster.

  2. Ridcullys Hat

Another spiffing podcast chaps. Aliens: colonial marines is a game that, although I have kind of enjoyed it, I have had to shower after playing in as I feel dirty for playing it. The multiplayer is fun but very unbalanced but the aliens are fun to play as even though you can be destroyed in seconds. Unless you get to be a kind of ‘tank’ alien. They at least stole a good thing from l4d there. Gutted they have ruined what could have been a fantastic opportunity to make a classic aliens game. A guilty pleasure game in every way.
