BRB UK 49: Monologue of The North Star

Och aye the ahoy hoy! Jon’s having to take the reins of the show this week, as Dan is still waiting for the 21st Century to be plumbed back into his house. So join Jon, Tim and Mat for a meander around the week’s gaming news.

This week, we wax lyrical about:

  • System Shock 2 has been reborn and is available from Good Old Games
  • Aliens: Colonial Marines is less fun than being face-hugged
  • Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army
  • Wreck-It Ralph (movie)
  • Fist of The North Star: Ken’s Rage 2
  • Death Ray Manta
  • Depression Quest
  • Nintendo Direct EU roundup
  • The Great British Debate: Are Sony stupid enough to not announce the PS4 on February 20th?

We appreciate you chaps and chapettes taking time out of your week to listen to our show. For your convenience, you can simply download the MP3 by clicking HERE or you can subscribe via iTunes, RSS or Zune and stay up to date.

  1. mophead

Good job on pronouncing my name guys, I think I prefer moph-ead. Great show once again, I’m gunna go boot up my unicorn-720.

  2. Ridcullys Hat

This was an excellent show guys. Some of the funniest insanity I’ve heard in a while. Probably not the best idea to listen while wandering around town but what the hell. I can handle the strange looks. I can’t wait to get my new unicorn as my old ones horn is a little blunt and its only got one laser eye left. Mat is always a good addition and listening to him flounder a little during the great British debate thanks to jon was hilarious. Always good to hear someone get confused about my name but at least I’m not the only one now. We need a daily show now, once a week is not enough now.

How many times can I say now, now? Apparently my grasp of the English language has broken. Oh and unicorns
