Developed by Mowlo Games, Hollow Mire is a classic point-and-click mystery infused with psychological horror. Set in post-war England in 1952, the demo introduces two intertwined investigations: journalist John Rowe searching for his missing family at Breken House, and Detective Gwen Porter tracking a disappearance linked to Bordon Down Asylum. Hand-painted isometric environments, muted winter tones, and a strong focus on atmosphere give the demo a deliberately slow, eerie pace.
Choices shape what you uncover and what remains hidden, with the full game promising multiple endings based on how those decisions play out. The free demo offers around 30 minutes of gameplay and is available now on Steam.
Hollow Mire is now available on PC.
