Developer Vincent Adinolfi and publisher DreadXP have released the first major update for retro psychological horror game Heartworm. Update 1.1 introduces an optional Challenge Mode that demands stricter resource management and careful decision-making over combat encounters.
Alongside the added difficulty, the update also includes a new camera mod, Steam trading cards, balance adjustments to the final boss, and other bug fixes. The Original Soundtrack is now available as well, featuring 60 tracks composed by Adinolfi.
Heartworm is available now on PC (via Steam).
