Age of Mythology: Retold is getting a new expansion next week in the form of Heavenly Spear, which transports the series to Japan.
The campaign features 12 new missions centred on Yasuko, a farmer’s daughter whose life changes when she discovers a magical spear. As conflict spreads across the land, Yasuko must uncover the weapon’s secrets before Kagemasa — a warlord bent on imprisoning the sun goddess Amaterasu — can seize it for himself. Players can also expect fresh gods, powers, and other additions alongside the story.
Age of Mythology: Retold – Heavenly Spear launches on October 08 for PC and Xbox Series X|S.
