Go North, an atmospheric maze adventure from Nigerian solo developer gazuntype, made an appearance during this year’s Game Devs of Colour Expo Direct with a brand new trailer and a playable demo on Steam.
The game follows Dara, a traveller seeking out the Maze God in the hope of being granted a single wish. Each maze obeys one rule: the exit is always north, but the journey takes players through dense forests, twisting corridors, and floating sky islands, each filled with curious characters, hidden relics, and unusual tools that blend magic and technology.
Go North launches in Q1 2026 on PC (via Steam), with Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch versions to follow later in the year.
