Shown during Nintendo Indie World Japan, Demonschool is a school-life tactics RPG from Necrosoft Games and Ysbryd Games that mixes Persona-style socialising with supernatural combat inspired by Italian horror cinema.
Players take on the role of Faye, a first-year student from a demon-hunting family, navigating an island university plagued by otherworldly creatures. Between lectures and friendships, you’ll command a party of up to 15 playable characters in grid-based battles where movement equals action and turns can be rewound for tactical precision.
Combat is split into a Planning phase, where you set each move, and an Action phase, where everything plays out at once — from devastating combos to well-timed heals. Outside of battle, training and side quests can strengthen bonds and unlock new abilities.
Demonschool launches September 05 on PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4.
