Netflix has released the official trailer for Little Brother, a new comedy from director Matt Spicer. John Cena plays a successful real estate agent whose controlled life is thrown off course when his chaotic “little brother”, played by Eric André, returns.
Michelle Monaghan, Sherry Cola, Christopher Meloni, Ego Nwodim and Caleb Hearon also feature in the cast, with the trailer setting up a messy family reunion built around old ties and bad decisions.
Little Brother starts streaming on Netflix on June 26, 2026.
