Palia is getting a sizeable expansion with The Royal Highlands, introducing the game’s largest Adventure Zone so far. The trailer shows off the new region, the mysterious Amber Echo, fresh materials, new creatures and the arrival of horses.
The update also brings a new villager named Eshelon, ranching, home plot upgrades, Clothing Dye and Tint upgrades, and more for players to work through.
Palia: The Royal Highlands is launching on May 12, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch.
