Kodansha and Itamae Studio have released a second trailer for Wabisabi SushiDerby, a training and racing game where carefully prepared sushi becomes the star of the track.
Players raise their sushi racers, take them into competitions and try to win the S1 Cup while dodging hazards, including chopsticks looking for an easy bite. With toppings bringing different skills to each race, this is clearly not the polite end of conveyor belt dining.
Wabisabi SushiDerby is launching on July 15, 2026 for PC and Nintendo Switch.
