Bandai Namco and Arc System Works have finally shown Goku (SS4, DAIMA) in action for DRAGON BALL FighterZ, with a character trailer built around his Wild Dash routes and close-range pressure. The new fighter branches that core move into follow-ups that launch, grab or force openings, which should make him look right at home in aggressive teams.
The DAIMA Pack also includes 12 default colours, three Z stamps and three lobby avatars, so this is a fairly straightforward character drop rather than the start of a broader season pass revival. Still, after years of balance patches and occasional updates, FighterZ is getting another proper DLC character this week.
Goku (SS4, DAIMA) is joining DRAGON BALL FighterZ on April 22, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
