Dvora Studio and Headup have put out a release date trailer for The Coma 3: Bloodlines, the next mainline entry in the Korean survival horror series. This one shifts the story back toward Sehwa High School and promises another run through the Coma World, where puzzles, clues and relentless pursuers are all part of the problem.
The new trailer also confirms three playable characters, with different abilities and approaches to stealth, survival and fighting back as the series heads toward its next major chapter.
The Coma 3: Bloodlines is launching on April 30, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
