Sony’s June 2026 State of Play delivered a packed PS5 showcase, mixing big first-party swings with third-party release dates, fresh reveals and a few familiar faces returning to the stage.
Marvel’s Wolverine led the show with an extended look at Logan’s not-exactly-delicate approach to problem-solving, while God of War Laufey closed things out with Santa Monica Studio shifting the spotlight to Faye. In between, PlayStation ran through updates for Control Resonant, Dune: Awakening, Dynasty Warriors 3: Complete Edition Remastered, Marathon, Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, ILL and Kemuri.
There were also dates and reveals for Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve, Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis and Until Dawn 2, making this less of a one-game showcase and more of a broad reminder that PS5 owners are not exactly short on things to keep an eye on.
