Mother’s Pride tells the story of a grieving family whose fortunes shift when they begin brewing their own beer and take a chance on entering the Great British Beer Awards. What starts as a matter of survival grows into a journey of renewal, bringing neighbours together, repairing old wounds, and restoring a sense of pride long thought lost.
The film is directed by Nick Moorcroft, previously behind Fisherman’s Friends: One and All, with a screenplay by Meg Leonard and Moorcroft, and produced by James Spring.
Mother’s Pride is launching in theatres on March 6.
