Games From The Abyss and publisher DreadXP have announced that The Lacerator will launch next month, accompanied by a new trailer showcasing its blend of slasher horror and grim comedy.
Players take control of Max, an ‘adult’ actor whose latest shoot goes sideways when he and his crew are abducted by the sadistic killer known only as The Lacerator. Survival means solving puzzles, navigating branching escape routes, and coping with the game’s standout mechanic: losing limbs. Arms, legs, and more can all be severed, altering your movement, abilities, and the paths available to you.
The Lacerator releases on October 09 for PC (via Steam).
