Independent studio Fatum Games has announced the launch of its Kickstarter campaign for Ariokan, a new online collectable card game where players can design their own official cards to shake up the meta.
Alongside standard modes, Ariokan features custom game rules, faction-based Legends that can swing matches, and Gods that can drastically change deck behaviour. According to Fatum, over 8,000 unique cards have already been created during closed beta testing, with more than 50 tournaments held worldwide.
The Kickstarter goes live tomorrow (September 23) and runs for 30 days. Backers will gain access to closed beta keys, exclusive card backs, booster packs, and higher-tier rewards, such as creating their own Legend or God.
Ariokan is planned for release on PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store).
