Shiro Games is expanding its medieval tactical RPG, Wartales, with a new DLC titled Contract: The Fief.
The expansion hands players control of their own fiefdom, where they’ll oversee peasants, nobles, clergy and less savoury types while enacting laws, managing industry and keeping factions in check. Governance is tied into Wartales’ existing rest system, meaning statecraft won’t disrupt mercenary campaigns but will instead blend into the rhythm of daily play.
Wartales: Contract – The Fief will be released on September 25 for PC (via Steam and GOG).
