After more than a decade away, the world of The Office (US) is getting a fresh spin-off called The Paper, and it’s bringing the mockumentary format back with a brand-new setting.
Created by Greg Daniels and Michael Koman, the series follows a documentary crew as they leave Dunder Mifflin behind to cover a struggling Midwestern newspaper trying to stay alive. The cast includes Domhnall Gleeson (Ex Machina), Sabrina Impacciatore (The White Lotus), Gbemisola Ikumelo (Famalam), and more. Long-time fans will spot a familiar face too, as Oscar Nuñez returns as Oscar Martinez.
The first four episodes will land at launch, followed by two per week until the finale.
The Paper begins streaming in the UK on September 05 via Sky and NOW.
