I am actually reading/listening to Good Omens right now. The narrator for the audiobook is Martin Jarvis who is doing an amazing job with all the voices in the book.

I noticed there is also the dramatization which I will likely pick up once I’ve finished the book. I am guessing this what the Anansi Boys performance will be like.

Great show and the special guest was awesome, I don’t have a ps4 and the next thing I want to get in the switch, I have been a Xbone gamer for too many years and that is where I am comfortable. But now and then there are games on the ps that I would love to play, I don’t get jealous too often like now that ps4 has so many exclusive, but I would have loved to play the last of us and now horizon zero dawn looked awesome.

I bet that marvel will learn from wonder woman and make captain marvel into a very powerful movie, here is me hoping. I have not seen punish yet but I am very interested in see what happens.

I don’t fully understand legacy games as I have not played them but I like the idea and betrayal on the house on the hill sounds good.

@StealthyJoe – I hope you’re right about Captain Marvel. While I like the MCU all of the movies (by design more than likely) have the same feel. Wonder Woman was more serious which I think made it a more powerful film. It had funny moments, but it had a lot more gravitas than most of the MCU movies.

I believe Good Omens is also being adapted into a c mini-series with Michale Sheen and David Tennant. I am looking forward to that!

I know what you mean. I just happened to be a PlayStation gamer because when I was getting into consoles all my friends had PlayStations. But, yes, HZD is fantastic and if you can get your hands on it (maybe borrow a console or something?) it is a must play.

@stingo yeah got and me both, but got might be right about the feel will not the same gravitas but at least the same try of strength in the character.

@alex yeah I might have to try it eventually, but I am definitely getting a switch most probably after the holiday session, that will be my first nintendo since n64 lol.

Actually this year’s Arrowverse crossover was really good in my opinion. Likely better than the DCEU’s most recent attempt with Justice League, and more social relevancy than the MCU.

Yes sir! Was this in reply to my article. My wife was like ” that looks like a movie” …there were a ton of plot holes….like Overgirl going nova ontop of Supergirl with 0 effect. How and/or why was there a Nazi Waverider at all and who exactly was Mein Furhor?! 🙈🙉🙊Heil Victory! For DCTV.

There is a whole nuther discussion about Marvel TV ×sic× Agents of Shi….eld not to mention Inhumans vs DC and how their movies are polar opposits

    Re: Crisis-X crossover
More likely than not, it was at the tail end of the crossover so it was just easier and quicker to have Supergirl be unscathed by the blast.

As for the Waverider, the best explanation I can think of is it fits in with the mirror image mechanic that DC’s multiverse seems to be built on. In more practical terms wasn’t it delivering (or was it) the Doomsday device they were walking about?

I was under the impression Oliver-X was the Fuehrer. I’ve seen it pointed out that Amell didn’t really change the way he played either Oliver, which might be considered a comment on the character.
I have to say they do retain comic book notions for plot – holes and all.
I think it was Barry that asks Eobard how he’s still around and Eobard just says “Time travel”. Like “Speed Force”, it can be used as a bandaid for a variety of pesky plot holes.

I also like how they’ve been namedropping Marvel characters and catchphrases – pretty cheeky but all in good fun.
