    Like a forum thread?

Yes, or if you want content, a Google Hangout to discuss it.

As promised during this podcast, I wrote a review of Dante. You can read it here:…..iew-dante/

This answer will be on the long-ish side because I would rather explain than just reply ‘eh, maybe’.

Google Hangout is unlikely to happen, I think. A few reasons. First of all, it requires organising people and scheduling, which is a tough job as it is for the podcast and other content we do. Add to that time-zones etc as well. If BRB was our job, then this would be a completely different story. However, we do this for fun, which means our lives are generally filled with a lot of other not-so-much-fun things to do which eat a lot of our week.

However, even if we did manage to set some time aside, I am not a fan of Google Hangouts. It suffers from all the same problems: lag, audio of poor quality, etc. I’ve listened/watched some Google Hangout podcasts and, frankly, they are slightly painful to listen to. Even some of my faves, like Vaginal Fantasy suffer from the things I talked above. Also there is a reason we edit our podcast very thoroughly. We get rid of a lot of annoying audio quirks through editing, which is harder to do seamlessly when video is involved.

Thread on the forums would be good, but I don’t think many people will go on it. I would rather people had discussions on Geek Speak threads because that way it can be easily moderated and, if need be, read on the show to get more people involved with the discussion. This is what I was essentially trying to do with ‘Topic of the Week’ segment for the show, which (absolutely my bad) I forgot about on the last couple of shows.

Having said that, it is good to have feedback like this because we can do something about it in future. I am not sure if I had a discussion with you about introducing more book content, but that is actually something we are working on at the moment.

Ok, all salient points. Thanks for replying at length.
