Geek Speak 23: Fall of Reach (Around)

BRB Geek Speak is back in force! Mon is back, which means our podcast has 100% more Destiny in it. Lauren had to escape our podcasting space for a couple of minutes to stay virgin for Star Wars. Alex got confused and thought Missy Chiaffette was a thing. Please join Lauren, Mon and Alex for more rambles about Star Wars, Halo, random Alien conversations and much more.

  • Weird Find of The Week got a new name – Time-waster Of The Week! This time around we write sonnets about ourselves via  Poetweet. Show us your poems in the comments below!
  • Alex went to EA/DICE event to see Battle of Jakku, a new Star Wars: Battlefront free DLC – BEWARE MINOR FORCE AWAKENS TRAILER SPOILERS (skip from 12:00 to 15:35 if you want to avoid)
  • Then we got distracted by Destiny stories from Guardian Monica, and then we talked about Battle of Jakku some more
  • Mon has played more Halo 5: Guardians
  • Then we somehow started talking about Alien movies… How? Why? Agenda? What is a podcast agenda?
  • Alex played Burger Boss board game and you can read Tim’s review here
  • Shoutouts to lovely listeners!
We appreciate you chaps taking time out of your week to listen to our show.  For your convenience, you can simply download the MP3 by clicking HERE or you can subscribe via iTunes or RSS and stay up to date.
