Big Red Barrelcast 88: Alien Ant Urinals

The Big Red Barrelcast returns to tickle your eardrums with their ramblings! On this week’s episode, Kev, Dave, and Pacman blabber on about Wolfenstein, urinals and Project Cars.

This time, they pontificate about:

  • Kev’s night out
  • Project Cars
  • Wolfenstein: The Old Blood
  • Dex
  • Mortal Kombat X hand cannon spam
  • Powers gets a season 2
  • Rage of Demons
  • Occulus Rift gets a release date
  • EA announces nothing new
  • Shout outs
  • Bonus content for our lovely app owners

We’d love to give you all some sort of incredible hug immediately followed by a polite conversation about how cool you are, but frankly we can’t afford the travel expenses. So, while we save our pennies, cents, and whatever the heck Canadians use, we’ll offer you some download links to help bide the time. Finally! Was starting to go cold turkey!

Project cars is awesome, shame with Sony and the lack of compatible steering wheels for the PS4.

I would like to let you now, they have already announced project cars 2 on the world of mass development forum.

They are shaking up the community model a bit.  They will allow people invest up to £100 each and for anything higher it has to be £50,000 or more and they have to approach them more directly.

Guys, I really I am sure you guys have not mentioned it yet but I recommend Speed Runners (On steam).  It’s an amazingly addictive game and is eventually coming to the console market once completed.  Will allow for offline 4 player multiplayer and is a barrel of laughs. Steam link. Very simple game, but you will sink hours into this (often drunk).

Would be cool if you guys recovered last weeks episode and just got him to fill in the blanks with something random that fits in between the other two talking! (A Special Edition :P).

Seconding this; Speedrunners is great fun! Check it out if you haven’t already.

I saw Alien Ant Farm live at the leeds festival in 2003 and they were awesome.

My band drummer story is I was once in the union at my uni and there was a band setting up downstairs so I asked who it was to what I thought was one of the techs.  He said All American Rejects and get very annoyed when I burst out laughing… yeah turned out it was the drummer lol.

Oh and my wife got Jack White’s hat because he got in the lift with her and asked her if she enjoyed the show.  She said “I wasn’t at it I was upstairs in the bar but it sounded S\\*\\*te”.  He said fair enough and gave her his hat lol.

I play Marvel Heroes 2015, PMPB if you wanted to play sometime.

Edited to add: I liked Yoshimitsu back in my Soul Calibur days – nice to hear him mentioned on the pocast.
