BRB UK 85: Killing The Moment

This week, Dan and Tim are joined by special guest Kev, thanks to Jon’s mastery of the Gregorian calendar letting him down once again. Although there’s not much going on in the news, they’ve got all kinds of next-gen odds and ends to tie up; so grab a steaming receptacle of tea, put on your comfy slippers and settled down to a smudge of British goodness.

Our topics and tirades this week:

  • The XbOne’s playing sales catch-up with the PS4
  • Two-factor authentication now enabled on Microsoft accounts – turn it on!
  • Zavvi get heavy-handed with their delivery cock-ups
  • The Spike VGX Sbow:
    • GTA V gets the gong for their Game of The Year
    • No Man’s Sky
    • Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition
  • Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes
  • Peggle 2
  • Battlefield 4
  • Assassin’s Creed 4
  • Blacklight Retribution

We appreciate you chaps and chapettes taking time out of your week to listen to our show. For your convenience, you can simply download the MP3 by clicking HERE or you can subscribe via iTunes, RSS or Zune and stay up to date.

  1. Ridcullys Hat

Just wanna say to all you chaps merry Xmas and lets hope next year is way better than the horrible year we’ve just had. As her majesty said ‘anus horribilis’ was this year (bar some awesome games and new consoles) but personally it was a utterly pants year. Merry Xmas and enjoy some awesome gaming. And clothes, aftershave and new underwear.

  2. Dangerous Brian

Great show people, and a Merry Humbug to you all!
