Gods the weather was gods awful that day, maybe not quite as bad as drawn though. I’m using a program called Sketchbook Pro 2012 (which used to be called Alias Sketchbook pro at one stage until auto cad bought them) on an old toshiba M200 tablet PC. It is not vector based at all but has layer functionality etc. the frames and text a done in Photoshop CS3 usually.
Oh and my PS3 is still in a box after my house move a year ago…
