Ape Out – Reactive Music System

Ape Out launched last week to widespread critical acclaim with an innovative procedural music system contributing greatly to the game’s incredible feel. Designed by Harmonix creative director Matt Boch, the procedural music system draws from thousands of drum performance samples to create a seamless and reactive jazz soundtrack to Ape Out‘s frantic action.
