Pokémon X and Y Announcement

In a worldwide stream earlier today, Satoru Iwata, Nintendo’s Commander-in-Chief, took a nostalgic trip down Route 1 with a brief history of the main Pokémon game series. He then went on to introduce the next titles in the series, Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, which will be the first Pokémon games to receive a worldwide release this October. Featuring a brand new region, new Pokémon as well as old ones returning for a 3D makeover.
